Senior Finance Transformation & Strategy PMO (BI / AI)

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR or Singapore, Singapore. Current right to work in Singapore or Hong Kong is prioritised; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead finance digitalization and AI transformation programs from roadmap definition and prioritization through delivery, launch, training, and continuous improvement.
• Build unified financial and operational metrics frameworks and BI dashboards covering revenue, costs, profit, budgets, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze business changes and anomalies, identify opportunities in cost, efficiency, and resource allocation, and track implemented results with business teams.
• Design finance processes, data models, business rules, and functional specifications; drive automation across bookkeeping, reconciliation, settlement, reporting, budgeting, and management analysis.
• Improve reconciliation, exception handling, data lineage, data quality, and traceability across ERP, finance, data, and business systems.
• Identify and deploy AI and agent use cases in finance, including intelligent analysis, anomaly detection, document processing, and knowledge retrieval, while strengthening internal controls and executive reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance products, finance digitalization, financial BI, or solutions roles, with experience turning finance requirements into adopted system or data solutions.
• Solid understanding of general ledger, AP/AR, revenue recognition, reconciliation, settlement, budgeting, and audit, including business rules and key control points.
• Strong data analysis capability, including independent SQL use for querying, validation, and analysis, plus knowledge of at least one mainstream BI tool.
• Experience designing, implementing, integrating, or optimizing ERP, finance platforms, BI platforms, or automation systems, and collaborating with product and engineering.
• Strong cross-functional project management, including stakeholder alignment, priority and dependency management, and resolution of complex problems.
• Understanding of internal control and auditability requirements for financial systems, and the ability to assess, validate, and roll out AI in finance scenarios.
• Independent thinking, high ownership, constructive challenge of assumptions, and a strong bias toward action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including communication with senior executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with IPO preparation, SOX, ITAC, ITGC, or internal control build-out at a listed company.
• Experience building management-oriented business analysis and financial BI systems and explaining how analysis drives decisions.
• Hands-on experience implementing LLMs, AI agents, enterprise knowledge bases, or finance intelligence applications.
• Background in banking, payments, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or other high-volume businesses.
• Familiarity with trading, fund and asset flows, reconciliation, and finance operations in the digital asset industry.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin communication skills.
