Strategy and Operations Associate

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional projects across engineering, product, and business teams, and support leadership with executive communications, briefing materials, schedules, meetings, and follow-through.
• Act as a primary liaison with the US headquarters, resolve cross-time-zone issues, and maintain alignment on priorities, decisions, and commitments.
• Identify and execute strategic partnerships with industry leaders, research institutions, and customers; support due diligence, negotiations, M&A opportunities, and new market entry.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence, and help define the long-term strategic roadmap across product development, commercial goals, and operations.
• Design scalable internal processes and improve procurement, supply chain, rapid prototyping, ERP, regulatory compliance, and other special-project workflows.
• Support pilot-program launches, customer feedback loops, pricing and unit economics, and sales enablement for novel quantum technologies.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm with a track record of exceptional performance.
• Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and communications.
• Excellent data visualization and storytelling capabilities.
• Adaptability and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Intellectual curiosity and passion for emerging technologies.
