What you will do

• Coordinate the development, implementation, and measurement of omnichannel brand materials, activities, and initiatives with external agencies and Immunology Brand Teams.
• Lead the execution and monitoring of omnichannel go-to-market campaigns and initiatives.
• Implement, update, and refresh digital content on the hirify.global website in line with brand plans and editorial plans.
• Analyze cross-channel performance data using digital tools to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Support medical congress sponsorships, including material development and internal and external stakeholder management.
• Coordinate marketing and sales materials, events, conference sponsorships, project timelines, and budgets with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or up to 2 years of professional work experience.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, Commerce, Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, or Nursing.
• Understanding of, and ability to synthesize and communicate, complex scientific information verbally and in writing, with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Excellent computer and software application skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong initiative and eagerness to take ownership once project goals and tasks are set.
