Product Director (AI)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work model with 2 days at the office and 3 days remote.

What you will do

• Define and maintain a data-informed strategy and portfolio roadmap for the Communication & Collaboration tribe.
• Coordinate roadmaps across four teams—CMS, Social, Play, and Frontline Comms—manage dependencies, and deliver against commitments.
• Represent buyer personas and customer needs through engagement with customers, prospects, and go-to-market teams.
• Institutionalize discovery, experimentation, qualitative and quantitative research, product analytics, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Mentor and develop 3–4 Product Managers while improving prioritization, decision quality, and roadmap hygiene.
• Define and communicate KPIs and OKRs for adoption, activation, engagement, and satisfaction, and drive AI agents for content creation, real-time content scoring, and multi-style rewriting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Director or Head of Product leading multiple teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong balance of strategic vision and execution, including long-term direction setting and delivery management.
• Multi-year experience managing Product Managers, scaling product organizations, and influencing across functions.
• Deep customer empathy and ability to act as a trusted expert on buyer personas and customer needs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and priorities.
• Track record of improving measurable product adoption, usage, and satisfaction outcomes.
• Strong understanding of collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Familiarity with modern product discovery frameworks, including continuous discovery habits and dual-track agile.
• Experience with Internal Communication, Knowledge Management, and Real-Time Collaboration domains and use cases across desk and frontline scenarios, including the competitive landscape.
• Professional English proficiency at C1 level or equivalent.
• Experience launching AI-powered features and strong understanding of scalable AI infrastructure, including Agents, LLM-based copilots, RAG systems, Agent Hubs, and AI Trust & Governance models.

Nice to have

• Background in pricing and packaging strategy.
• Public speaking or thought leadership experience as a domain expert in the buyer persona’s field.
• Business fluency in French and/or German.
