Product Builder (AI)

hirify.global is building Mo, an AI-powered health companion that provides access to personalised medical expertise through chat, voice, and video.

What you will do

• Own an end-to-end product area across reactive care, insurance, global expansion, or the Mo platform.
• Define problems, product vision, priorities, roadmaps, and success measures.
• Build integrations with healthcare systems, hirify.global’s Clinic, support agents, and other product experiences.
• Work closely with engineers, ML engineers, data specialists, and doctors on LLM and agentic systems.
• Prototype, analyse data, review conversations and evaluations, and engage with technical details.
• Contribute to product culture, hiring, and interview processes.

Requirements

• Approximately 5+ years of product-building experience.
• Experience building and shipping a live AI or LLM product.
• Hands-on technical and data skills, including SQL, prototyping, and understanding LLM behaviour and failure modes.
• Product-minded, outcome-driven, pragmatic, self-directed, and collaborative.
• Interest or experience in medical or prevention-related topics.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an engineer or founder.
• Experience in healthcare, prevention, or high-stakes product environments.
