Staff Product Manager (Fintech Platform)

Location: Hybrid in Kraków or Warsaw, Poland.

Building an own fintech platform from the ground up as part of a large-scale international initiative connected with e-commerce, logistics, and fintech.

What you will do

• Define and own product vision, goals, roadmaps, and KPIs for a portfolio of products or a critical product line.
• Build, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and feasibility.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, Support, and other stakeholders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, monitor product performance, and iterate based on feedback and results.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities and facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including leading initiatives spanning multiple teams or products.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in FinTech, e-commerce, financial services, or a related technology-driven industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Lean environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for product research, analysis, or prototyping, with the judgment to critically evaluate their outputs.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with BNPL products.
• Familiarity with financial regulations relevant to payments and lending, including PSD2 and consumer credit.
• Professional certifications such as Agile, UX, Cloud, PMP, or ITIL.
