IS Technical Specialist - IT Dev

What you will do

• Analyze, design, and develop systems based on user specifications.
• Provide technical and consultative assistance for complex hardware and software problems.
• Use technical tools for systems development and support.
• Maintain knowledge of technical industry trends as they apply to Huntington.
• Support training needs and train less experienced staff when needed.
• Serve as project leader for specific projects and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or an additional 4 years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
• 5+ years of related experience.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience working in a multi-platform environment.
• Ability to balance development and support responsibilities.
• Experience working on projects involving business segments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
