Senior SharePoint Developer

Location: Washington, DC, United States; onsite attendance required 2–5 days per week

What you will do

• Plan, design, develop, enhance, test, implement, operate, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and applications.
• Develop custom SharePoint solutions using JavaScript, Angular, and other appropriate programming languages.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve systems integration, compatibility, and multi-platform problems.
• Coordinate requirements analysis, feasibility assessments, system design, client consultations, and software integration.
• Support User Acceptance Testing deliverables, change management artifacts, technical reports, user manuals, and implementation documentation.
• Lead, direct, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior development and testing resources.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required to support the government agency.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust government clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent related field.
• 8+ years of technical analysis experience as a Senior SharePoint Developer.
• Deep experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, including team sites, pages, lists, calendars, document libraries, workflows, and change requests.
• Experience with technical writing, implementation guides, system and network diagrams, process flow charts, government requirements analysis, and system design.

Nice to have

• Experience following government development and testing standards.
• Experience leading, managing, and mentoring junior testing resources.
• Experience providing Tier III end-user support and training for SharePoint sites and applications.
