Senior Analyst, Platform & IT Strategy (Korean/English)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States; 5 days in the office required; travel up to 10%.

Salary: USD 95,000–105,000 per year.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly IT expense, invoice status, system usage, and Voice of Customer reports for management and executive review.
• Validate invoices and manage Work Order, contract, and resource data in the Resource Management System.
• Analyze IT and non-IT outsourcing expenses and resource profiles to support annual contract planning and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Evaluate business needs, prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses, and develop project deliverable tracking processes.
• Prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint materials and support system implementation and process improvement projects.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, coordinate approvals and signatures, and provide support across PI team projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Approximately 4–5 years of experience in business management support, IT expense or vendor management, resource or contract management, data analysis and reporting, or project management.
• Experience managing Work Order, RMS, or similar resource or contract management systems is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Korean communication is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, exercise sound judgment, set priorities, and deliver results on time.
• Strategic thinking, independent research skills, and the ability to turn goals into actionable end-to-end plans.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams, lead subject matter experts, and meet deliverables and milestones.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, written, verbal, and public-speaking skills across sales, operations, logistics, systems, and financial functions.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical ability, and experience working with or implementing best-in-class systems and processes.
