Senior Project Manager (Pharmaceutical/Advertising)

Location: Remote; eligible for hire in select U.S. locations. Salary range applies to U.S. locations only.

Salary: USD 78,280–113,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Lead the internal day-to-day operations and full lifecycle delivery of complex technical, strategic, creative, and tactical projects across one or multiple brands.
• Develop and manage project timelines, estimates, risk registers, communication plans, burn reports, change logs, budgets, staffing plans, and project artifacts.
• Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, timeline creation, estimation, forecasting, billing coordination, SOW support, Gantt chart input, and change order management.
• Identify, communicate, mitigate, and escalate project- and program-level risks while resolving scope, schedule, resource, budget, quality, and communication conflicts.
• Coordinate with Account Services, Finance, PMO leadership, resource managers, project teams, clients, partner agencies, SMEs, and vendors.
• Mentor Project Managers and Project Coordinators, support training, participate in candidate interviews, and promote inclusive team behaviors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus professional experience.
• Three to five years of experience in a PMO role.
• Advanced understanding and application of PMO standards and processes.
• Experience leading complex technology, strategy, and creative projects, including the ability to develop creative, strategic, or technically intensive project plans.
• Experience tailoring project processes, leading diverse functional groups and project teams, and managing project forecasting and reforecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Expertise in project and program burn analysis and remediation, plus strong scope and change management tracking and adherence.
• Comfort with client-facing communication and the ability to build trust, negotiate, and influence decisions with Account, SMEs, clients, partner agencies, and third-party vendors.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, risk mitigation, ownership, accountability, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with project management information systems such as Workfront, Workfront Proof, Smartsheet, or MS Project, plus strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or advertising experience, including AOR or DAOR experience.
• Launch experience.
