Sr Program Manager, Enterprise Systems (Oracle)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $105,600–$160,000 annually, with a possible annual bonus and benefits depending on the position offered.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale, multi-phase enterprise technology and business transformation programs from planning through deployment, stabilization, and value realization.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, quality, and business outcomes across multiple workstreams.
• Drive initiatives spanning ERP, CRM, revenue management, enterprise integrations, automation, cloud infrastructure, and digital platforms, including Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, Salesforce, Zuora, Oracle Integration Cloud, Informatica IICS, UiPath, and OCI.
• Oversee system integration, data migration, testing, cutover, release readiness, and post-go-live support.
• Establish program governance through steering committees, change control, financial oversight, RAID management, escalations, and executive decision-making.
• Lead global cross-functional teams and align business, IT, engineering, architecture, finance, security, data, operations, change management, vendors, and consulting partners without direct authority.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives, including complex multi-workstream programs in large or global organizations.
• Experience leading large-scale implementations, migrations, upgrades, or transformations involving Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience with custom application development and digital platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with PMO/PPM and collaboration tools including Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
• Executive-level presence with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Structured, analytical problem-solving skills with a root-cause orientation.
• Decisive leadership in high-risk, high-visibility environments and the ability to align and mobilize stakeholders without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Tier-1 consulting or comparable enterprise transformation experience.
• Integration of Oracle platforms with Salesforce, Zuora, Oracle Integration Cloud, Informatica IICS, UiPath, and OCI.
• MBA or relevant Master’s degree.
• Agile/SAFe certifications.
• PgMP certification.
