Starting salary: $62,400–$70,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, install, and maintain the Unified Communications infrastructure.
• Support current and future Unified Communications infrastructure.
• Provide 24x7 support for Unified Communications systems.
• Investigate and resolve first-level help desk service requests.
• Evaluate and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and complete resolution.

Requirements

• Information Technology certificate, Bachelor of Science, Information Technology Systems, strongly preferred.
• 1–2 years of previous work experience in related Information Technology Systems areas is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Unified Communications administration.
• Familiarity with Local Area Networks and Wide Area Networks.
• Basic keyboarding and editing skills.
• Strong organizational skills for handling numerous details, deadlines, and requests.
• Ability to adapt to and work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Ability to evaluate and prioritize tasks for efficiency and completeness.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with plant and corporate personnel, customers, and vendors.
• Appropriate requirements for computer word processing.
