Techno-Functional Analyst - Production & Manufacturing (SAP)

Location: Remote

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

A large building materials supplier modernizing manufacturing, distribution, and enterprise operations through SAP S/4HANA and digital transformation.

What you will do

• Translate manufacturing and business requirements into scalable technical solutions and functional or technical specifications.
• Lead the design of integrations between manufacturing systems and enterprise applications.
• Define interface specifications, data mappings, technical diagrams, and integration documentation.
• Coordinate solution delivery, integration build activities, testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare support.
• Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Investigate production and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve solution reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, business, industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience supporting SAP, ERP, or enterprise applications.
• Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, or operational business processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and designing system integrations or interfaces.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA, Production Planning, Materials Management, or Quality Management experience.
• SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, MuleSoft, SAP Fiori, or Manufacturing Execution System experience.
• Experience with API, IDoc, REST, SOAP, or OData integrations.
• Relevant SAP certification.
