Client Services Project Specialist

What you will do

• Respond to complex customer and client inquiries by phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Follow protocols, procedures, and instructions from the Project Manager and Supervisors, and implement feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with business partners across the project.
• Create, monitor, and update scripts and procedures for claims and correspondence teams.
• Assist the Supervisor or Project Manager with issue resolution.
• Monitor case health, identify errors, and create solutions for resolution.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited US law school, or a foreign law degree and LLM.
• Flexible and customer-service focused.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage changing or competing priorities in support of business needs.
• Strong technical orientation, excellent computer skills, planning and organizational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
