Salary: $84,400–$156,800 per year.

What you will do

• Lead requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, warehouse solution design, process reviews, and improvement initiatives.
• Configure and support SAP WM warehouse structures, storage strategies, transfer requirements and orders, putaway, picking, replenishment, physical inventory, stock transfers, and goods movements.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics processes, including delivery, goods receipt, putaway, packing, shipping, staging, dispatch, and customer fulfillment.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and SAP WM-to-EWM migration activities, warehouse modernization, and integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, and EWM.
• Lead implementation, rollout, enhancement, testing, hypercare, go-live, stabilization, documentation, governance, and coordination with ABAP and technical teams.
• Manage stakeholders, mentor junior consultants, lead knowledge transfer and training, and support estimations, solution planning, pre-sales, and proposals.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP WM configuration and support.
• Deep understanding of inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, putaway and picking strategies, transfer orders, physical inventory, replenishment, batch management, and handling unit management.
• At least 2–4 end-to-end SAP WM implementations, including global rollouts and support or enhancement projects.
• Experience with large warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Understanding of ABAP functional specifications and experience with IDocs, interfaces, and RF devices.
• Knowledge of barcode scanning and warehouse automation, plus familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and reporting.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, mentoring, workshop facilitation, and business discussion skills.
• Ability to work effectively in global delivery environments.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• SAP WM certification.
• SAP EWM certification.
• SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management experience.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, retail, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, logistics and supply chain, or distribution and warehousing.
