D365 F&O Senior SCM/WMS Consultant (ERP)

Location: Remote with 25–50% travel; US Citizen or Green Card Holder required.

Base compensation: $81,980.50–$172,324.25, with percentile points at $81,980.50, $127,152.38, and $172,324.25.

What you will do

• Join 4–6-person implementation teams delivering enterprise ERP projects.
• Implement and configure D365 F&O around client business processes.
• Drive requirements, analysis, design, and testing for supply chain workflows.
• Advise clients on supply chain and warehouse management concepts across manufacturing and distribution environments.
• Collaborate with functional and technical project members to deliver implementations on schedule.
• Use Lifecycle Services, DevOps, and standard tools; mentor newer consultants on implementation and solution design.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of purchasing, sales, and inventory management.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ERP, supply chain, and warehouse management implementation experience, including 2+ years implementing D365 F&O or AX.
• 4+ full life-cycle implementations.
• Hands-on experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry.
• Experience or concentration in warehouse management and transportation management, projects and project accounting, trade and logistics, and production.
• Ability to travel 25–50% as required.
• US citizenship or Green Card Holder status.

Nice to have

• Experience with other enterprise ERP software.
• D365 F&O or AX 2012 R3 Trade & Logistics certification.
• Additional supply chain or manufacturing certification such as CSCP or CPIM.
• Strong experience in production and planning.
• Prior consultancy experience.
