Sr. Manager Source-to-Pay Strategy & Systems (Hybrid- Seattle, WA)

Location: Hybrid; in-office in downtown Seattle, WA 4 days per week.

Salary: $141,500.00–$233,500.00 annual.

What you will do

• Develop, lead, and implement the multi-year Source-to-Pay strategy and roadmap aligned with the Sourcing and Procurement Strategic Plan.
• Lead, coach, and develop S2P system administrators, building skills in platform configuration, automation, and applied AI.
• Own the Coupa Source-to-Pay platform, including roadmap, releases, configuration, contracts, supplier relationships, and AI capabilities.
• Identify and prioritize AI and automation use cases across intake, sourcing events, contract review, supplier onboarding, invoice matching, and spend analytics.
• Lead cross-functional work with Technology, Legal, Product, Finance, Sourcing, and Vendor Management; advise senior leaders and drive alignment.
• Own S2P controls, operations prioritization, change management, training, adoption, reporting, and evaluation of emerging technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, engineering, supply chain, technology, or a related discipline.
• 8 years of experience in increasingly broad procurement operations or procurement technology roles, with a track record of source-to-pay transformation in high-growth environments.
• Significant functional ownership experience with source-to-pay or procure-to-pay software such as Coupa, Workday, SAP, Ariba, or similar; Coupa is preferred.
• Experience applying or piloting AI or automation in a source-to-pay system, including understanding where human judgment remains involved.
• Experience leading and developing technical teams such as system administrators or business systems analysts.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, including VPs, lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, and drive adoption of change.
• Experience developing and implementing strategies and roadmaps that deliver results.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, practices, and control frameworks, plus working knowledge of contracting and collaboration with Sourcing and Vendor Management teams.
• Advanced analytical skills, financial acumen, attention to detail, and excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex information to varied audiences.
