Forward Deployed Software Engineer, New Grad - Warp Speed (AI)

Location: New York, NY; onsite at an office. U.S. Person required. Ability and interest to travel up to 25% to client sites as needed.

Salary: $135,000–$145,000 per year, excluding potential sign-on bonus, benefits, and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers on architecture and design decisions.
• Wrangle massive-scale data and use AI to accelerate and improve critical operations.
• Develop custom applications tailored to customer needs.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executives, to understand problems and design solutions.
• Own end-to-end execution and implementation of high-stakes projects in small, agile teams, from ideation through deployment.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status required.
• Must be graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or a similar language.
• Highly analytical approach and eagerness to solve technical problems using data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
• Experience or curiosity working with large-scale data to solve valuable business problems.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical people in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives and iterative user engagement.
• Ability and interest to travel up to 25% to client sites, with flexibility based on personal preferences.
