Systems Engineer, Project Management & PS - France (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Cover enterprise and strategic accounts, including customers running multi-phase or multi-technology deployments.
• Lead technical aspects of enterprise sales cycles from RFIs through RFPs and RFQs, coordinating internal teams, customers, and commercial partners.
• Manage project governance and provide continuity and oversight for large, multi-year deployments.
• Support Advanced Services and Professional Services revenue by ensuring successful delivery, protecting renewals, and creating upsell opportunities.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers and partners, presenting hirify.global solutions through whiteboarding, technical white papers, technical plans, and customer discussions.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect technical information in Salesforce while managing multiple deals and supporting a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Project coordination experience and the ability to structure project governance and act as a single point of contact for smooth execution.
• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
• High aptitude for security technology, especially encryption and authentication.
• Experience in a presales or Professional Services engineering role, managing end-to-end technical aspects of deals through technical closure.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and examples of impact on key wins.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate technical information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of network security, intrusion detection, antivirus, routing, switching, LAN, and WAN.
• CISSP accreditation.
