Implementation Services Representative IV (RealPage)

Location: Hybrid in Richardson, Texas, US, with two days in the office each week. Standard hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; occasional later work may be helpful but is not required.

Salary: USD 70,700–120,300 per year.

What you will do

• Convert client-submitted data from Excel files, PDFs, hard-copy materials, and other sources into formats usable by hirify.global Conversion Utilities.
• Analyze client business practices, implementation reports, complex orders, and conversion results to ensure services are correctly implemented.
• Develop mastery of the conversion tools and demonstrate proficiency in the Conventional, HUD (Section 8), and Tax Credit (LIHTC) Leasing & Rents product centers.
• Coordinate schedules and work across the Philippines-based conversion team, serving as its lead and primary point of contact.
• Review team and customer work for quality, identify deficiencies, support corrective actions, and analyze quality-monitoring results.
• Communicate with clients about complex conversion issues, document issues in tools such as Salesforce, meet deadlines, and assist with training and mentoring ISR I employees.

Requirements

• 36 or more months of combined experience as an Implementation Services Representative I, II, or III.
• Department quality goals must have been met for two successive quarters prior to promotion.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects within a limited time frame.
• Results-oriented approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with executive-level clients about project deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to explain complex processes and concepts to international staff.
• Proven ability to provide solid customer service and manage deadlines and deliverables.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
• Previous property management experience.
