Delivery Project Management, Supervisor (Microsoft 365)

Location: Cedar Rapids, United States; hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office, with travel up to 25%.

Salary: $95,400–$192,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead client-facing Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects from discovery and planning through implementation, cutover, hypercare, and post-cutover support.
• Manage projects valued at more than $250,000, including SharePoint and Exchange migrations, Modern Desktop deployments, virtual desktop infrastructure, Microsoft 365 Purview, cloud, and data center projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, issues, communications, deliverables, project profitability, and client expectations.
• Coordinate technical remediation with IT and security engineers across identity, network, endpoint, logging, and cloud domains, and evaluate whether controls are implemented.
• Create end-user documentation and communications, maintain client relationships, direct project teams, and act as an escalation point.
• Support business development and mentor diverse client engagement teams through on-the-job coaching.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading complete deployments from discovery through post-cutover support, including hypercare periods and projects valued at more than $250,000.
• Knowledge of CUI, ITAR/EAR, FAR/DFARS, and other government contracting terminology.
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-171 and the CMMC Level 2 assessment process, including system security plans, plans of action and milestones, scoping, and evidence collection.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, project, time, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating end-user documentation and communications.
• Ability to work directly with clients and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
