Director - Global Business Systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Remote; virtual

Salary: $175,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the global business systems strategy and roadmap for core enterprise applications.
• Lead business systems analysts, architects, administrators, and technical leads.
• Partner with executive and business leaders to identify technology opportunities and process improvements.
• Oversee implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise applications.
• Manage global systems projects, priorities, budgets, resources, vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
• Establish governance and standards while driving automation, analytics, AI, digital transformation, change management, and user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or business technology functions.
• Experience leading global or multi-regional business systems environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and HRIS enterprise platforms.
• Ability to manage governance, priorities, roadmaps, budgets, resources, risk, compliance, and operational processes.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or additional degree focus in MBA, information systems, technology management, or a related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365, PMP, ITIL, Agile, Scrum, or change management certification.
• Experience leading digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives.
