Technical Writer (DevSecOps)

Location: Remote, but must be based in Ireland, the United Kingdom, or the USA and have the right to work independently without sponsorship. Regular travel may be required for team meetings, events, and customers.

What you will do

• Create documentation for new products and features by working with engineers before release.
• Write customer guides, best-practice content, and supporting multimedia assets such as screenshots and short-form videos.
• Review, edit, and publish documentation contributions and changelog content.
• Partner with product management, customer success, sales, and external partners to identify and resolve documentation gaps.
• Prioritize a backlog of content improvements and become an informed user of the product and its integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical writing experience, preferably for software developer audiences.
• Proficiency in HTML and Markdown.
• Experience with docs-as-code practices and Git-based version control workflows.
• Working familiarity with package management, artifact registries, or DevOps toolchains such as npm, Docker, Maven, or Terraform.
• Clear, precise technical communication and the ability to learn unfamiliar technical concepts quickly.
• Must be based in Ireland, the United Kingdom, or the USA and have independent work authorization without sponsorship.
