What you will do

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar, with eligibility to practice in the role’s location.
  • 5–8 years of experience as both a law firm and in-house attorney, including corporate transactions, M&A, or capital markets practice at a major law firm.
  • Substantial experience advising companies on corporate governance, entity management, and general corporate matters.
