Data Analyst Intern

Location: Hybrid in Mindelo, Porto, Portugal. Authorization to work in the country of employment is required.

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and update master data records.
• Validate, analyze, and transform data to support business processes.
• Monitor and resolve data-related tickets and support requests.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and resolve data quality issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Participate in regional and global IT and data management projects while supporting continuous improvement of data standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
• Professional fluency in English, written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze and validate data with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
• Authorization to work in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with ticket management or service desk systems.
• Understanding of master data management concepts.
• Exposure to data quality, reporting, or database maintenance activities.
