Data Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Deliver statistics, reports, analyses, and bespoke studies supporting business decisions.
• Transform market and business data into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, reporting solutions, and self-service analytics tools.
• Support billing and other business-critical processes with accurate controls and auditability.
• Work with large and diverse datasets and explore AI-powered and emerging technologies for analytics services.
• Collaborate with analysts and business teams to identify opportunities for data-driven value creation.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience partnering directly with business stakeholders and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Experience working with financial data, ideally within financial services, capital markets, or a comparable data-intensive environment.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing, developing, or maintaining reporting solutions, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools.
• Experience working with large and diverse datasets while ensuring high data quality and reliability.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and the Pandas data analytics library, including Jupyter Notebooks or Visual Studio.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Analytical, solution-oriented, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable approach with strong communication and prioritization skills.
