TL;DR
Data Analytics Expert (CVM): Monitoring commercial and campaign performance, analyzing A/B tests and personalization initiatives, and translating customer lifecycle data into actionable business recommendations with an accent on KPI monitoring, experimentation, and SQL-based analysis. Focus on identifying performance drivers, optimizing targeting and offers, and influencing decisions through clear analytical insights.
Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal. Flexible hybrid work model with 8–10 in-office days per month.

What you will do
- Monitor campaign and commercial KPIs.
- Lead A/B test and experimentation analysis.
- Analyze performance drivers through SQL deep-dives.
- Translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Partner with squads and stakeholders as a trusted analytics advisor.
Requirements
- Degree in Management, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Data Science.
- Experience in performance analysis, business analytics, marketing analytics, or CVM/CRM analytics.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into recommendations.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence decision-making.
- Experience interpreting dashboards and analytical outputs.
- Mandatory SQL skills and fluency in English and Portuguese.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google BigQuery.
