Senior Insight Analyst (Market Research)

What you will do

• Become the trusted market expert in one or more categories or industry segments.
• Manage client relationships and collaborate with consultants on client presentations.
• Develop fact-based answers to complex client business questions using research and sales data.
• Create and deliver market presentations with insights and recommendations to support client growth.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell leads across assigned clients and product portfolios.
• Contribute to strategic internal projects and NIQ goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Retail, Market Research, Consulting, or Product Management.
• Fluent English communication at least at C1 level, both verbal and written.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to make sound decisions and resolve problems in a highly client-focused environment.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a proven record of delivering projects on time.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and virtual environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hirify.global and/or GfK data and systems.
• Ability to work independently and mentor others.
