Senior Recruiter (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, Austin, United States; offer-stage candidates may be asked to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

Salary: $102,000–$160,000 annual salary for Austin-based hires; compensation may vary by work location.

What you will do

• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, market insights, best practices, and customized hiring plans.
• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and interviewing through closing candidates.
• Use direct outreach and creative sourcing techniques, especially through LinkedIn and other platforms, to recruit for cybersecurity and network security sales teams.
• Partner with hiring teams to improve diverse candidate attraction and inclusive hiring processes.
• Manage candidate pipelines, maintain data integrity in Greenhouse, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team on hiring projects and continuous improvements to talent acquisition.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for Tech roles.
• Expertise in active sourcing and candidate engagement using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience driving diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruiting and helping build diverse, high-performing teams.
• Strong influencing skills and a solution-oriented, results-driven mindset, with the ability to proactively identify and address hiring bottlenecks.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
• Experience in the network security or cybersecurity sales domain.
