Senior IT Procurement Specialist

What you will do

• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes across enterprise technology categories.
• Evaluate suppliers based on technical capabilities, security, pricing, service quality, and delivery performance while developing vendor relationships.
• Negotiate pricing, contractual terms, service-level agreements, renewals, and other commercial agreements in partnership with Legal.
• Analyze total cost of ownership and licensing models, identify savings through vendor consolidation and license rationalization, and manage technology spend.
• Maintain contract records, licensing entitlements, renewal schedules, purchase requisitions, invoice resolution, purchasing cards, spend monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Support IT stakeholders across the US, EMEA, and APAC and improve sourcing workflows, procurement reporting, contract management, and purchasing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, or technology contract management, including enterprise software, SaaS, hardware, or IT services.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology categories and the ability to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrated success negotiating technology agreements and delivering measurable cost savings and favorable commercial terms.
• Experience reviewing MSAs, SaaS and licensing agreements, SLAs, DPAs, and proof-of-concept agreements in partnership with Legal.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including total cost of ownership modeling, spend analysis, and business case development.
• Familiarity with procure-to-pay processes, procurement and contract management platforms, and SaaS management tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple sourcing initiatives across global teams.
