Program Manager II (Healthcare)

Location: Remote-IL; other remote locations include Missouri, Michigan, and Florida. Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year.

What you will do

• Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee programs delivered by cross-functional teams to meet business needs and strategic objectives.
• Gather requirements, create plans and schedules, manage resources, and facilitate project execution and deployment.
• Manage projects through the full project life cycle using corporate and industry-standard tools and procedures.
• Maintain business process documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, issue lists, risk management plans, clinical reporting documents, reference materials, and policies and procedures.
• Communicate program status to management and stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional meetings, and negotiate to secure resources and resolve issues.
• Identify process improvements, mitigate risks, and support initiatives related to quality, safety, and cost of care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality improvement, program management, or project management.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Ability to manage requirements, schedules, resources, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to communicate program status and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NSA, State IDR, surprise billing, provider negotiations, or related payment dispute processes.
• Healthcare experience.
