Account Manager (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Plan and oversee accurate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting support and service for clients.
• Manage client engagement models, client health reporting, delivery metrics, and operational performance against service standards.
• Maintain relationships with client users and decision-makers across insurers, asset managers, corporations, and government entities.
• Coordinate resolution of client inquiries and projects, provide client training, and mentor analysts.
• Develop service delivery plans that drive product usage, reduce client downtime and support costs, and improve support quality.
• Collaborate with sales and support groups, aggregate client feedback, and contribute to product and service improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience.
• Working knowledge of financial services and investment accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a similar field, or relevant experience in Investment Management, Insurance, FinTech, Investment Accounting, Financial Services, or Investment Operations.
• Ability to proactively seek solutions and expertise and execute in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of structured products, derivatives, fixed-income securities, and similar instruments.
