Canada Commercial Co-Op - Winter/Summer 2027 (iGaming)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid role requiring attendance in the office 3+ times per week. Candidates must live within commuting distance of the designated office or be willing to relocate to Canada.

Salary: $25–$30 CAD per hour.

What you will do

• Analyze business and customer data to derive insights supporting decisions for the Canadian Sportsbook.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual business forecasting.
• Support the creation, execution, and aftercare of customer-focused improvement and optimization projects while considering profitability.
• Analyze and recommend improvements to internal processes and external supplier relationships.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and research industry trends to improve conversion and retention.
• Collaborate with Casino Commercial, Analytics, Finance, Risk & Trading, Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in college or university and pursuing a degree, with expected completion between August 2027 and June 2028.
• Must be within commuting distance of or willing to relocate to the designated office in Toronto, Canada.
• Must be willing to work in the office at least 3 times per week.
• Available to work approximately 40 hours per week for an 8-month term from January through August 2027.
• Initiative, results orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective relationship-building skills and sensitivity to stakeholder needs.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and interest in challenging work.

Nice to have

• Degree focus in commerce, marketing, mathematics, finance, or a relevant quantitative field.
• GPA of 3.4 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, and other analytical tools.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R.
• Interest in or knowledge of the gaming and gambling industry.
