Intermediate Developer (.NET/C#)

Location: Remote within the United States and Canada; employees must work from their home country and be willing to travel for in-person engagement.

Annual base salary: $123,000–$172,000 USD for USA-based roles; $111,000–$155,000 CAD for Canada-based roles.

What you will do

• Deliver features and improvements for the SaaS Manager platform, which helps IT and Security teams discover, govern, and optimize AI and SaaS ecosystems.
• Own well-defined features end to end, from initial development through production.
• Participate in code reviews and provide and receive thoughtful technical feedback.
• Write meaningful tests and clear documentation as part of regular development work.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand customer problems and advocate for effective solutions.
• Surface blockers and open questions early to keep the work moving.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Some knowledge of .NET/C# and exposure to MongoDB or a comparable document database.
• Ability to learn new concepts, technologies, and codebases quickly and work independently without needing complete instructions.
• Ownership of assigned work, including following through, flagging problems early, and maintaining a high standard for completion.
• Ability to write clean, well-tested, and well-documented production code.
• Strong collaboration and clear communication skills, including working with engineering, product, and design teammates.
• Curiosity about agentic AI tools and thoughtful use of them in the development workflow.
• Proactive identification of opportunities to improve the codebase and team processes.

Nice to have

• Comfort with a broad range of technologies, including .NET/C#, MongoDB, Go, Rust, TypeScript, and React, with the ability to select technologies based on the problem and learn new languages quickly.
