What you will do

• Gather program intent and design and implement new product features.
• Write and maintain acceptance criteria, software designs, change documentation, and technical documentation.
• Implement, modify, maintain, and improve software programs and required functionality.
• Create tests, analyze code, troubleshoot errors, and revise programs to meet specifications.
• Participate in peer code reviews and review user and technical documentation for consistency with software behavior.
• Escalate customer-reported product feedback and concerns according to the ISO 13485 Quality Management System feedback process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent, with 0–2 years of related experience. Internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework may substitute for professional experience.
• Conversationally fluent English, with the ability to read and write fluently in English.
• Awareness of the importance of accurately relaying customer feedback and potential product concerns according to the ISO 13485 feedback process.
• Foundational understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Exposure to C#/.NET and/or C++, with eagerness to grow proficiency.
• Developing skills in writing, debugging, and troubleshooting code.
• Ability to learn and use new programming languages and tools efficiently.
• Interest in application development, ideally Windows applications.
• Growing proficiency with engineering IDEs and version control tools.
• Comfort using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Analytical, communication, self-motivation, detail-orientation, accountability, and teamwork skills.
