Senior Solutions Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with Solutions Consultants on complex pre-sales deals, own solution architecture, and turn proposed solutions into deliverable implementations.
• Lead technical deep dives with client business and engineering teams, translating business goals into technical requirements and recommendations.
• Design integrations connecting hirify.global’s AI Agent to CRMs, contact centres, commerce platforms, knowledge bases, BI tools, client systems, and data using APIs, SDKs, and MCP.
• Design and scope bespoke solutions, implement working proofs of concept, and drive them to production with engineers.
• Advise Customer Success on technical solutions that improve AI Agent performance and automated resolution rates.
• Turn recurring client needs into reusable patterns and evidence-backed input for Product.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solution architect, sales engineer, integration engineer, or technical consultant, at a SaaS or consulting company.
• Experience designing technical solutions with REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and event-driven patterns, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, PII handling, scalability, rate limits, and engineering-ready specifications.
• Experience acting as the technical lead in complex B2B sales cycles alongside account executives and Solutions Consultants.
• Excellent communication with business and engineering stakeholders, including expectation-setting, technical guidance, and decision-making between guidance and custom builds.
• Experience with CRM and contact centre platforms and the ability to ramp up quickly on new systems.
• Experience working with AI agents or conversational AI platforms in a customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on coding experience with Python or JavaScript, AWS cloud services, and coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex for prototyping, solution review, and communication with engineers.
• Technical curiosity and resourcefulness, with comfort working in ambiguity and a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Amazon Connect, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with MCP or AI agent tooling.
