Business Analyst (AI Models)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year; stock options may be offered in addition.

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering teams to support successful technical deployments for major clients.
• Write scripts to analyze the technical performance of production machine learning models.
• Analyze customer submissions, data, and results to identify desired changes to machine learning models.
• Generate customer-facing APIs by ensuring the accuracy of model technical configurations.
• Work with product teams and stakeholders to meet customer needs and resolve technical access issues.
• Maintain data-handling best practices and follow information-security policies, including reporting suspected violations or breaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management or Engineering at a technology or technology consulting company.
• Working knowledge of functional programming languages such as Python or Node.js.
• Experience in an interdisciplinary or cross-functional field.
• Distinctive problem-solving skills and strong business judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
