Regional Logistics & Asset Manager (APAC)

Location: hirify.global office in Singapore; travel: 30%

Salary: SGD 110,000–150,000 per annum

hirify.global provides enterprise GPU infrastructure for high-performance compute, artificial intelligence, and deep learning workloads, including large-scale GPU clusters, network fabrics, and advanced storage architectures.

What you will do

• Manage cross-border shipments of GPU servers, networking equipment, and supporting infrastructure across APAC.
• Navigate international customs regulations, import/export requirements, trade controls, sanctions, and technology export regulations.
• Coordinate freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
• Source and procure servers, networking equipment, power systems, and supporting infrastructure.
• Oversee hardware movement, deployment, warehouse operations, asset governance, and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Fluent communication in English, Mandarin Chinese, Malay, and Tamil is required.
• Availability to work from the hirify.global office in Singapore is required.
• Ability to manage international logistics, customs compliance, hardware procurement, warehouse operations, and asset governance.
• Ability to support deployment of GPU infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions.
• Citizenship and permanent residency status must be provided for U.S. export compliance assessment because the role involves access to technology and software subject to U.S. export control laws.
