What you will do
- Lead, coach, train, and manage the performance of the order management team.
- Oversee the complete order-to-cash lifecycle from order entry and validation through delivery and invoicing.
- Partner with sales, logistics, supply chain, warehouse, procurement, and finance stakeholders to resolve issues and improve workflows.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives, support audits, revenue recognition, and compliance activities.
- Develop inventory strategies and controls, monitor accuracy, coordinate stock audits, and manage slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
- Lead demand forecasting, replenishment planning, sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contracting, supplier performance management, and data-driven operational analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- More than 10 years of experience in order management, supply chain, and procurement functions.
- At least 5 years of experience managing teams.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and inventory control best practices.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience in forecasting, financial analysis, demand planning, and operational reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently on complex assignments, improve ways of working, and guide others.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate business and financial data into actionable decisions.
