System Product Manager (AI Data Center)

Location: Virtual, United States; listed role location: Lexington, Kentucky. Other listed locations include Dallas, Texas; La Crosse, Wisconsin; and Davidson, North Carolina.

Salary: $113,810–$183,400 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Establish and lead the Voice of Customer process for the AI data center segment.
• Define system-level requirements and multi-generational product roadmaps for AI applications and system architecture.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize integrated cooling and power system architectures for AI workloads ranging from 20MW to 1GW.
• Analyze market sizing, framing, and competitive positioning within the AI data center ecosystem.
• Own the unified system architecture roadmap and align it with business strategy, customer needs, technical capabilities, and sustainability commitments.
• Engage customers, partners, engineering, product, system, and commercialization teams to integrate market insights, define success criteria and value propositions, and support successful launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical field.
• 7–10 years of product management experience or relevant experience.
• Experience in system product management, technical marketing, or system architecture, preferably in the data center industry.
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure and challenges associated with AI/ML workloads.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical features into customer value.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment serving mission-critical customers.
