Transactional Finance, Senior Associate

Salary: $101,675.30–$137,560.70 annual base salary

What you will do

• Execute procure-to-pay transactions, including requisition support, purchase order creation, invoice validation, payment processing, and expense tracking.
• Support financial execution for R&D activities, including lab consumables, capital equipment, and OPEX, as well as HCP and Non-HCP engagements.
• Resolve invoice, payment, and vendor-data discrepancies; investigate and escalate more complex issues.
• Use SAP, Ariba, Anaplan, and C3 to execute and track transactions, maintain data integrity, and support system issue resolution.
• Generate and review operational reports, maintain documentation, and support audit, compliance, SOP, and control requirements.
• Partner with HCC, sourcing, accounts payable, finance, stakeholders, and technical teams while supporting process improvements, automation, onboarding, and less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, or a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and transactional finance operations.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, Anaplan, or C3.
• Understanding of SOPs, controls, and compliance requirements.

• Experience in shared services or operational finance environments.
• Experience supporting transactional finance processes.
• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems.
• Experience with reporting or analytics tools.
