Sr Analyst, Loan Ops (Banking)

What you will do

• Monitor incoming banking and liquidity work, requests, and issues to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Communicate cash, funding, liquidity, and transaction updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform reviews, reconciliations, and control activities covering cash movement, liquidity activity, records, and counterparty risk controls.
• Carry out complex banking and liquidity activities with significant business, client, and internal impact.
• Coordinate daily operational activities, support workflow, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior employees.
• Identify and help implement procedure, control, and team-practice improvements.

Requirements

• College or university degree and/or some relevant work experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of banking, liquidity management, cash movement, and related operational processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform reviews, reconciliations, and control activities thoroughly and accurately, including support for liquidity and counterparty risk controls.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
