Corporate & Institutional Banking Development Program Analyst/Associate (Treasury Management)

What you will do

• Participate in a structured Treasury Management Development Program through formal and experiential learning.
• Learn working capital processes and corresponding hirify.global treasury management solutions.
• Develop consultative sales skills through role-play exercises and shadowing opportunities.
• Create client deliverables and proposals and support client and industry research.
• Analyze payment trends and support other sales activities.
• Progress toward a consultative Sales Officer role supporting working capital solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification, and experience, including military service, may be considered instead.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Recent university or college graduate with little or no professional experience.
• Relevant skills including strong communication, accountability, and responsibility.
• Preferred business-relevant major such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Innovation, Mathematics, Statistics, HR, English, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, or Operations.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, analytical thinking, business acumen, effective communication, flexibility and adaptability, information capture, knowledge of products and services, project management, and self-directed growth and development.
• No required certifications or licenses.
