Loan Support Analyst Senior (Commercial Real Estate Loans)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States; in-office position within the hirify.global Midland footprint.

What you will do

• Service a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans.
• Review loan documentation and complex loan agreements to determine whether reserve requests meet disbursement criteria and to apply loan terms accurately.
• Process loan payments, escrows, reserve account disbursements, and other servicing transactions in compliance with agreements, policies, and applicable laws.
• Communicate with borrowers and internal and external stakeholders, resolve non-compliant issues, answer questions, and handle difficult conversations.
• Maintain accurate servicing records; support reporting, loan onboarding, loan transitions, tax and insurance administration, collections, and covenant compliance testing.
• Review reports for exceptions and quality issues, contribute to risk mitigation, and provide specialty product training as a subject matter resource.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor's degree, with less than one year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification, and experience may be considered instead of a degree.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate loan servicing and loan documentation.
• Analytical thinking, financial analysis, capital management, due diligence, compliance requirements, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Effective communication, customer interaction, relationship management, consulting, negotiation, decision-making, and critical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform operational functions related to loan products and services.
• No required certifications, licenses, or language assessments.
