Senior Content Designer (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required. A dedicated workspace is required to protect member PHI/HIPAA information, with internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Drive content design for product features and journeys across web, mobile, apps, and emerging digital surfaces using research, analytics, audits, inventories, and touchpoint mapping.
• Translate research, stakeholder, and journey insights into clear, actionable digital experiences.
• Plan and execute content throughout the product lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, quality assurance, and iteration.
• Simplify complex and regulated healthcare information into clear, accessible UI content, microcopy, and multichannel experiences.
• Structure content for usability and findability, contributing to information architecture, navigation, taxonomies, guidelines, standards, tools, and reusable patterns.
• Partner with product management, product design, research, engineering, legal, and compliance while using analytics, voice-of-customer data, and testing to improve performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, including ownership of content from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex or regulated information.
• Experience conducting content audits and research and developing data-informed content strategies.
• Solid understanding of information architecture, content structures including taxonomies and models, and findability.
• Familiarity with accessibility and brand/style standards.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration experience and a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work and measurable impact.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with SEO and content optimization practices.
• Experience contributing to guidelines, templates, or governance processes.
