Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote — work from anywhere in the world

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with developers to preserve design integrity and present concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end design process.
• Expertise in Figma and experience with prototyping tools.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, accessibility standards, and development teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in an agency or consultancy environment.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CMS or similar platforms.
