Operating Principals (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in San Francisco, USA, with regular trips to Almaty and travel to partners and markets as projects require. Right to work in the US and either current residence in San Francisco or readiness to relocate are required.

What you will do

• Identify growth and revenue opportunities across products, markets, and partners.
• Build and optimize scalable processes for a rapidly growing company.
• Lead priority company initiatives end to end, from analysis and decision-making through execution and follow-through.
• Coordinate engineering, product, growth, and partnerships teams into unified plans and remove blockers.
• Prepare numbers, models, and one-pagers for leadership, board, and investor decisions.

Requirements

• Degree from a top-tier university, ideally in STEM or another highly quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a top-tier strategy consultancy, investment bank or private equity firm, Big Tech, or a fast-growing global technology company.
• Outstanding achievement across several areas, such as olympiads, case competitions, elite scholarships, or building a successful product or venture.
• Experience working abroad as an expatriate or inside a global organization as a non-native speaker.
• Proven ownership of and leadership over complex projects from start to finish.
• Ability to break complex problems into actionable components and work effectively with data.
• Ability to write and present materials suitable for a board or Fortune 500 partner without editing.
• Curiosity, speed, and motivation to make an impact.
• US work authorization and presence in San Francisco or readiness to relocate.

Nice to have

• Chief of staff, founder’s office, or BizOps experience after consulting or banking.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or generative AI tools.
• Background in AI, consumer technology, or media.
