Company
hirify.global is a customer context layer for product teams that consolidates customer feedback, structures it with an adaptive taxonomy, and helps teams decide what to fix next.
What you will do
Own the weekly product launch calendar with product, including positioning, audience, launch tier, timing, launch stories, release notes, announcements, demo scripts, and social copy.
Prepare sales and customer success for launches with talk tracks, demo flows, objection handling, and audience guidance.
Drive post-launch feature adoption through targeted email and in-app campaigns, measuring adoption and pipeline rather than impressions.
Define activated-account criteria and build the PLG onboarding journey across email and in-app experiences, including welcome sequences, checklists, tooltips, empty states, and behavioral nudges.
Create product enablement such as setup guides, walkthrough videos, templates, and example workflows, while partnering with product and design on onboarding.
Own activation and adoption metrics, define funnels, run experiments, report results weekly, and identify accounts ready for sales handoff.
Requirements
Product marketing experience for AI products at B2B software companies, demonstrated through a portfolio.
Strong practical use of AI tools such as Claude, including building AI-supported workflows for activation analysis, onboarding prototyping, lifecycle copy, and launch asset production.
Ability to explain how an AI feature works, where it falls short, and why buyers should trust it.
Experience building a PLG activation or onboarding program with measurable impact on a metric.
Experience owning product launches from planning through post-launch adoption at a weekly or near-weekly cadence.
Hands-on experience with lifecycle and in-app tools such as Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, Appcues, Pendo, or Chameleon.
Comfort with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel, including defining funnels, reading cohorts, and setting up experiments.
Clear, concise writing and the ability to turn dense product specifications into concise communication for product managers.
Creative, questioning, problem-solving approach; customer focus; and a track record of cross-functional collaboration with product, design, sales, and customer success.
Required portfolio showing at least one product launch with its plan, assets, enablement, and subsequent adoption results, plus at least one activation or onboarding program with before-and-after metrics.
Nice to have
Experience marketing to product managers, product engineers, or developers at AI-native companies.
Experience at an early-stage company where product marketing was a team of one or two.
Ability to create product videos, including demos, walkthroughs, and short explainers.
Familiarity with customer feedback, product analytics, or developer tools.
Culture & Benefits
Autonomy and ownership in shaping an early-stage startup.
Competitive salary, early-stage startup equity, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
401(k) retirement plan.
Generous vacation policy and maternity and paternity leave.
Hiring process
Submit a portfolio in a slide deck, video, website, or another format showing launch and activation or onboarding work.
Confidential work may be redacted and explained during the process.
