Associate Project Engineer (Project Manager)

What you will do

• Manage schedules, budgets, documentation, contracts, and accounts receivable across project activities.
• Coordinate with technical leads, managers, project teams, customers, and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve potential project issues proactively.
• Support proposal development, negotiation, and project cost estimation.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures and maintain document control.
• Manage the full project life cycle from proposal conception through commissioning and close-out.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting project work.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Project.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills, with the ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize, and collaborate.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results.

Nice to have

• Related bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Utility, commercial, or industrial contracts experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience with Dataflo or other project management software.
