Project Manager & Process Engineering (Manufacturing)

Location: Mariscala Plant, Apaseo el Grande, Mexico. Full-time and on-site.

What you will do

• Support project strategies and help develop and implement new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
• Work on defined tasks or segments within brands, channels, lines, or categories and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
• Manage production-line documentation and mentor team members in process improvement and standard operating procedures.
• Evaluate and map processes, identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and reduce operational failures.
• Use data management, visualization, and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and support informed decisions.

Requirements

• Graduation in an engineering field, such as Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, or a related field.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and process engineering principles.
• Strong understanding of safety, health, environmental, and quality practices.
• Experience or knowledge with data management and visualization tools such as Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS, or similar.
• Strong leadership, innovation, interpersonal collaboration, team orientation, and a can-do attitude.
• Strategic and analytical thinking abilities.

Nice to have

• Interest in sustainability topics.
• Experience implementing digital solutions.
• Familiarity with loss analysis processes.
• Experience in the Beauty Care industry.
